Meet the Chef
John Federici
Chef John Federici is a native of Wethersfield, CT. He graduated from Johnson and Wales University in 1999 with a degree in Culinary Arts.
John worked as a Sous Chef for the Tuscany Grill in Middletown Connecticut, and was Head Chef at the popular Harborside Inn on Block Island. In 2001 John relocated to Southwest Florida and has worked at some of the finest restaurants in our area, most notably Maxwell’s on the Bay in Naples and Executive Chef at Wylds Café in Bonita Springs.
When not in the kitchen, John loves the outdoors and enjoys fishing and boating.
