-- Executive Chef John Federici took home the prize at the Best of the Chef's competition at Zonta's Glass Slipper Ball on Friday November 20th!  John brought his creative Braised Duck Slider... sour dough bread, honey pumpkin butter, bosc pear kindling, drunken goat cheese, demi glace, roasted bell pepper puree... and took home the Best Appetizer award!  Congrats John!
